Ambidextrous?

That is quite a word. Ambidextrous. I actually had to spell check it to make sure I got it right! But tonight Sarah climbed up to the table, found a pencil and started to try and doodle all on her own. I was actually sitting at the computer and looked over at her. The first picture is of her using her left. She actually started with her right, but I couldn't get over to her in time before she switched.














Now look at this close up. She is actually holding it
CORRECTLY!!! Isn't that bizarre!? I've never showed
her anything, but she actually held it this way using BOTH hands.














When I tried to get her switching back to her right, she was too caught up in taking pictures. (She noticed after I took the one with her using her left.) Bummer! I so wanted to get a picture of her using her right also. I just couldn't believe it. She's only 13 1/2 months!

    Lots of fun new posts. Cute Sarah - it will be fun to see if she stick with both hands. Jason uses his right hand more, but that doesn't stop him from randomly switching to his left. I love it, too. And pretty amazing with her correct pencil grip - her kindergarten teachers will love her! :)
