This was very interesting. This actually happened back in January and I've meant to post it for awhile. (I am WAY behind.) But Sarah does NOT warm up to people easily. In fact, up to this point, she has NEVER decided to go sit by anyone other than us, her family. No grandma, no cousin, no one. Well our home teacher must have just the right personality she doesn't feel threatened in any way because she just went over and sat next to him and started reading or looking at her book. Maybe it's because Shane is drawing with one of her toys and was "on her level". But we just sat there marveling. You'd have to know her to get it.
That is the most precious picture...so sweet!
